  Well, things have been quite a bit different since the last web update, but here's what you can go see now.

  Just recently we opened up the VACATION pages at WWW.PracticallyImpractical.com/vacation/welcome.html. Over there you'll get to see Shujin and TieGress' pictures from their trip to Japan and Australia from August 1999!

  (Just as an aside to that, my brother 'Warthog' got to finally see those pics last night - and this was the first time he knew I had changed from a full beard / mustache to a goatee. His reaction was so funny! "Dude! You're my brother, so I can say [that you look like a hotty], but it looks GOOD!"

  Work is continuing to be performed behind the scenes - cleaning up code may be fun for Yours Truly, but it's a pain-inna-ass, lemme tell you. Now I understand why professional web-gurus make US$50.00/Hour. They have to pay for new glasses and contact lenses sooner or later. (Make that sooner, I'm overdue.)

  So.... what can we tell you about so far? OH! I've finally posted the beginings of the 'real pages'. At least, the one that forms up the framework of the place. Don't get too excited just yet, though - There's still a LOT of work to be done - but I like it so far.

  Well, that'll pretty well cover things right now. We'll be in touch with those of you who are on the newsletter list this weekend to let you know how things are going.

  Well! The christening for this web-site has officially begun! Even though there's no pictures, sounds, Java(script) or even PRODUCTS, "WWW.PracticallyImpractical.com" has signed on the air!

  In the up-coming weeks this site is going to go through some MAJOR work. We expect to have several pictures, maybe a sound file or two (maybe more), and its all going to be in STANDARD HTML! No Java, no ColdFusion, no FrontPage, no streaming Audio or Video, No cookies (YES!), and no MacroMedia (Sorry Mom). Just pure and simple page designs the way HTML is supposed to work. (At least the way I think it should.) So those of you running with Java turned on can go ahead and cool y'r jets for a while, you don't have to keep that Java compiler running.

  Well for now, I'll just end it here. This page isn't going to get updated for a few days while we get ready for our REAL opening....
